GIobe Trade Center S.A (GTC) signed a lease agreement with Unit4 Polska for 6,600 sq. meters of office space in Globis Wroclaw.
“We are delighted that Unit4 Polska, a company known for its innovation and experience, decided to choose Globis Wrocław and open an office there. Unit4 Polska is a part of the UNIT4 Group, engaged in providing IT solutions for business. In Poland Unit4 owns the popular brand of IT systems TETA. In Wroclaw are located three business divisions of Unit4: Central R&D, Global Customer Support Centre and Local Business TETA. Under the newly signed agreement, Unit4 Polska will lease 6,600 sq. meters of office space in Globis Wrocław.
Katarzyna Krokosińska, Senior Consultant, Office Agency and Tenant Representation at JLL, responsible for the Wrocław market, comments: The large lease transaction signed by Unit4 Polska further illustrates the good shape that the Wrocław office market is in. Tenant activity remains high. Between Q1 and Q3 2015, 78,000 sq m were leased – a 36% year-on-year increase – with forecasts for the end of 2015 and 2016 remaining bullish.
Experts from the international advisory firm JLL supported Unit4 Polska in market analyses, selecting the location and negotiating lease terms.
