For 30 years, we have been creating and managing modern office spaces as well as popular retail destinations. Since 2024, we have also been the owner of nearly 5,200 residential units in Germany.

Portfolio
To date, we have developed 82 office and retail buildings with a total area of 1.4 million sqm. Today, we manage a portfolio of 44 properties offering 727,000 sqm of leasable space. These buildings are located in Poland - in Warsaw and six major regional cities - as well as in Budapest, Bucharest, Belgrade, Zagreb and Sofia.
Across our entire portfolio, we continuously introduce technological innovations and solutions that improve energy efficiency. Our ESG performance is reported annually - in 2024, we reduced our year-on-year CO₂ emissions by around one fifth, and 98% of our commercial buildings (100% in Poland, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria and Croatia) were certified or undergoing recertification under LEED, BREEAM or DGNB.
