We are a company that cares about its employees, partners and clients. At the same time, we are committed to sustainable development, conscious of our responsibility toward the environment, our surroundings and the local communities we are part of.
We continuously strive to be an even better neighbour - building long-lasting relationships and communicating in an open and transparent way. This approach made us the first company in the industry in Central and Eastern Europe to publish a comprehensive ESG report. Our aim is not only to set high environmental standards, but also to inspire others to actively support the sustainable development of cities and our planet.
Shaping sustainable cities, step by step.
Our impact on sustainable urban development can be seen at every stage of our work - from selecting locations for new investments, through design and construction, to the daily management of completed buildings.
Explore our achievements - knowing that every year we set ourselves even more ambitious goals.
Green bonds
In 2020, we adopted the “Green Bond Framework,” which sets out the principles for issuing green bonds across our Group. The proceeds from these bonds are allocated to financing or refinancing projects that enhance energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy sources.
To date, we have issued ten-year green bonds totalling:
EUR 110 million
EUR 54 million
EUR 500 million
