GTC sets date for completion of University Business Park (UBP)
Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) has signed a contract with a general contractor, Strabag Sp. z o.o., to proceed with the construction of University Business Park II – an office building of 19,400 sq m. The building has been pre-leased for 50% of the space. Tenants will move in in April 2016.
University Business Park II is the second building in University Business Park , which is a modern, A-class office complex situated in the center of Łódź. Upon completion of the second phase, University Business Park, will offer its tenants 38,800 sq m and 600 parking spaces in two seven story buildings.
