GTC has extended lease agreements with Arvato Polska, GPD and UWI Inwestycje for a total of 3,000 sq m office space in Globis Poznań building.
Three current tenants of Globis building have extended their lease agreements for the next 3 years.
Arvato Polska is part of Bertelsmann Group, a global media corporation. In Globis building, the company runs a contact center that occupies 1,900 sq m space.
GPD Advertising is an advertising agency specialized in integrated marketing communication. The tenant occupies 867 sq m office space.
The lease agreement for 234 sq m has also been extended with UWI Inwestycje – a real estate developer specialized in commercial properties.
Colliers International participated in the deals as a leasing agent. Globis Poznań is currently 95% let.
Globis office building is located in Poznań city center, in close vicinity of “Mercure” hotel, main railway station and the Poznań International Fair terrain. The building offers 13,947 sq m of modern office space. The list of companies that have their offices there, includes, among others, Comarch, BZ WBK, KPMG, Luxmed, PKO S.A. and PTK Centertel.
