GTC’s statute complies with the Warsaw Stock Exchange’s corporate governance directives. All shareholders holding at least 5% of GTC’s share capital are entitled to appoint a member to the Supervisory Board. Additionally, an independent member of the Board is appointed by a normal majority of votes at a meeting of shareholders.
