GLOBE TRADE CENTRE S.A. (GTC S.A.) is one of the leading developers in the New Europe and was established in 1994 in Warsaw. Currently it operates in Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Russia and Ukraine.
GTC develops projects and manages completed properties in three key sectors of real estate: office buildings and parks, retail and entertainment centers and residential sector.
GTC has developed about 750 000 sq m of net space and currently is the owner of completed commercial property with a combined net area of about 455 000 sq m. GTC also holds an impressive portfolio of investment at various stages of development which will facilitate the construction of 1.8 million of commercial and residential space.
PORTFOLIO OF OFFICE INVESTMENT IN POLAND
First investment of GTC in Poland was Mokotów Business Park in Warsaw. This was at the same time the first modern office park in the capital city that greatly contributed to the process of revitalisation of the area of Służewiec Przemysłowy. At the time of selling the complex in December 2006, this was the largest office park in Central and Eastern Europe, consisting of nine buildings with the total rental area of 107 000 sq m. In the subsequent years of operation, GTC has completed three buildings in Platinium Business Park and two buildings in Okęcie Business Park, as well as buildings Topaz and Nefryt (all of them in Warsaw), offering more than 70 000 sq m of rental area. In Krakow the company has built an office complex with the total area of more than 31 000 sq m /Newton, Galileo, Edison/. Office space of GTC in the capital city of the Lesser Poland (Małopolska) is also available in Kazimierz Office Centre finished in summer 2009, as well as in a shopping and entertainment centre Galeria Kazimierz. Portfolio of completed investment of the company in Poland also includes office buildings Globis in Wrocław and Poznań, with rental area of approx. 28 800 sq m. Currently in the office real estate sector in Poland, GTC is in the course of completing, among others, Platinium Business Park and Okęcie Business Park, Office Centre Francuska in Katowice, University Business Park in Łódź, or Office Centre Karkonoska in Wrocław. Investments mentioned above cover more than 200 000 sq m of modern office area.
PORTFOLIO OF OFFICE INVESTMENT IN EUROPE.
GTC is implementing office investment projects in the largest cities of Central and Eastern Europe. Top class office space has been so far created e.g. in Zagreb /Avenue Center/, Budapest /Spiral/, Belgrade /GTC House, GTC Square/, or Bucharest /City Gate/.
In the years to come, the portfolio of completed office investment of the company in Europe will reach neraly 500 000 sq m.

In office buildings constructed by GTC in the region of Central and South-Eastern Europe more than 100 000 people are employed, all of whom appreciate convenience and hospitality of the office space adjusted especially to their needs.
GTC SHOPPING AND ENTERTAINMENT CENTRES.
GTC is also a recognised property developer of shopping and entertainment centres. First investment of the company in this sector was Galeria Mokotów in Warsaw, with surface of 62 500 sq m. Galeria Kazimierz in Kraków opened in spring 2005. Opening of Galeria Jurajska in Częstochowa took place in October 2009.
The company's portfolio also includes completed shopping and entertainment centres in Central-Eastern and South-Eastern Europe. Avenue Mall in Zagreb was the first one. Currently, centres of Galleria network in mid-size cities of Romania /Buzau, Suceava, Piatra Neamt/ are open.
GTC continues implementation of investment projects in the sector of shopping and entertainment centres in Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Romania and Serbia.
PRIZES
GTC stands for long-lasting tradition, experience and knowledge of international team of experts. All of them know and understand special character of the real estate market and recognise the needs of future users. Thanks to their contribution, GTC has received many prestigious awards. In 2007, it was awarded Forbes Diamond in the rank of the most valuable companies. It also received the Bull and Bear statue, and was named the best stock exchange investment in WIG20. In the same year, Newsweek named it the most valuable property development company in the Polish market. GTC was also voted the CEE Developer of the Year in 2004, 2007 and 2009 in the competition of CEE Real Estate Quality Awards. In addition, GTC was awarded the prize Liquid Real Estate Awards of Euromoney magazine for the best property development company in emerging markets of Europe, and for best property developer in the sector of office investments in 2008. In PremiumBrand 2008, GTC was distinguished as one of the companies of the best reputation in Poland. Numerous prizes have been also awarded to different investments of GTC, appreciated both, by experts in real estate and construction, and by their users.
The office building Globis constructed by GTC was awarded in the 19th edition of architectural competition "Piękny Wrocław." The building, which opened in 2008, was recognized as the best public utility facility in Wrocław.
