GTC was awarded the prestigious Central & Eastern European Real Estate Quality Award for the CEE Real Estate Developer of the Year 2007. Chairman of the GTC’s Supervisory Board Mr. Eli Alroy was elected the CEE Real Estate Industry Professional of the Year 2007. In the category of the CEE Developer of the Year 2007 GTC was ranked as number one among other nominations such as Echo Investment, Ghelamco, ING Real Estate Development, Orco Property Group, ProLogis, Quinlan Private Golub and Trigranit Development. GTC had already been awarded in 2004 when the company was voted both the CEE Developer of the Year and the CEE Outstanding Company of the Year. Eli Alroy was awarded a personal prize as the CEE Real Estate Industry Professional of the Year 2007 for his outstanding contribution to the real estate business in the region, his vision and leadership. Globe Trade Centre S.A. was named Developer of the Year 2007 in South-Eastern Europe during the prestigious SEE Real Estate Awards organised by europaproperty.com. Globe Trade Centre S.A. is currently implementing 40 real estate investment projects in Southeastern Europe, specifically Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia and Serbia. The company’s project portfolio in this region consists of 330,000 sq m of commercial real estate, 140,000 sq m of office space and 440,000 sq m of residential buildings. The Developer of the Year 2007 for South-Eastern Europe award is the second distinction in recognition of the Company’s achievements after the Developer of the Year 2007 for Central and Eastern Europe award. Globe Trade Centre S.A. received the CEE Real Estate Quality Award for the second phase of the Osiedle Konstancja residential estate in Konstancin Jeziorna. The winning Osiedle Konstancja residential estate is one of the most prestigious housing investments in Warsaw. Osiedle Konstancja is situated in an attractive area in the town of Konstancin Jeziorna near Warsaw and it is adjacent to the exclusive American School, on the way linking Warsaw with Konstancin. The second phase was designed by dip Dziuba i Pasternak architectural lab and it entails 74 housing units. |
