GTC obtains refinancing for Galeria Kazimierz
On 4 December 2008, GTC Galeria Kazimierz Sp. z o.o. signed a refinancing loan agreement with Bank Pekao S.A.
The loan of EUR 90m refinances a previous loan of EUR 67m, providing the company additional funding of EUR 23m. The loan-to-value ratio upon drawing the loan will be about 53%, in line with the ratio for GTC’s other completed assets.

Gallery Stop in the Platinium Business Park

GTC achieved EUR 58.3 m profit in Q3 2008
Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) announced its Q3 2008 financial results. For
the three-month period ended on 30 September 2008, revenues grew 87%
QoQ to EUR 35.8 m, while profit increased 36% QoQ to EUR 58.3 m. Total
equity was EUR 1.134 bn, while total assets exceeded EUR 2.421 bn.

GTC launches construction of a new office building in Cracow
Globe Trade Centre S.A (GTC) has acquired funding for the Pascal building in Cracow from BZ WBK S.A. The construction of the fourth building of the office complex is scheduled for completion in Q4 2009.

Globe Trade Centre presents – KARKONOSKA Office Center
In September 2008, Globe Trade Centre SA (GTC) began realization of the Karkonoska Office Center – a modern A class complex of total lease area of nearly 33 500 sqm. Karkonoska Office Center will be the GTC’s second office investment in Wrocław. In the GLOBIS office building completed in the spring of the current year, among others, Hewlett Packard opened their offices.

Globe Trade Centre id creating Katowice business district
Before the end of 2009 Katowice will have its business district, similar to those in most large cities. In June Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) started its first Katowice-based office investment at Francuska 34, worth 50 millions Euro. The Francuska Office Center is to fill in the gap in the supply of A-class office spaces in the capital of Upper Silesia. Great location will make it the central point of the modern business district of the city concentrated along one of the main streets in Katowice.

Developer of the year in Central and Southeastern Europe launches first Galleria mall in Romania
On Friday, 26 September 2008, Galleria Buzău, the first modern shopping mall in the city, will be opened to the public. Galleria Buzău will also be the first mall developed by GTC in Romania, as a part of a chain of Galleria shopping centers in Central and Southeastern Europe.

GTC in talks on the interest in Galeria Mokotów
Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("GTC") reports that it is discussing sale to Unibail Rodamco of 50% shares of Rodamco CH1 Sp. z o.o. ("CH1"), the owner of Galeria Mokotów shopping centre in Warsaw, Poland. Unibail Rodamco is an indirect owner of the remaining 50% of CH1.

GTC posted a net profit of EUR 42.8m in Q2 2008 (+23% QoQ). Operating revenues grew 46% YoY to EUR 19.1m.The company maintains high liquidity with EUR 292m in cash. The first projects in Russia and Ukraine have been acquired

Still more tenants in Platinium Business Park
