(the "Issuer"), hereby informs that on 29 October 2008 a registered pledge agreement was signed between the Issuer as the pledgor and Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw, as the pledgee, on 300,570 registered shares in the share capital of GTC Korona S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw, of PLN 10 nominal value each, up to the highest security sum of EUR 24,000,000 which as at the date of execution of the agreement constitutes the sum of PLN 87,168,000.
